Po Intelligence provides a marketing automation service using Artificial Intelligence to generate and publish content on your social networks (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.).

- You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided during registration.
- You are responsible for the security of your API tokens and passwords.
- You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, hateful, or defamatory content.
- You certify that you are the legitimate owner of the social accounts connected to our platform.

Po Intelligence shall in no event be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss resulting from the use of the Service.
SPECIFICALLY: You acknowledge that using automation tools carries inherent risks related to the terms of use of third-party platforms. Po Intelligence cannot be held responsible for the suspension, restriction ("shadowban"), or closure of your social accounts by LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, Telegram, or any other platform.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection
We collect the following data for the proper functioning of the Service:
- Identification: Name, email, phone number.
- Authentication: OAuth tokens for social networks (we do NOT store your raw passwords).
- Brand Data: Information provided in the "Brand DNA" questionnaire.

Your data is used to:
- Generate personalized content via our AI models.
- Schedule and publish posts on your behalf.
- Manage billing and customer support.

In accordance with Meta platform rules (Facebook/Instagram), we provide a mechanism allowing users to request the deletion of their data.
Unlinking Po Intelligence (Facebook/Instagram):
- Go to Settings & Privacy on your Facebook account.
- Look for Apps and Websites.
- Find and remove "Po Intelligence".
Request for Permanent Deletion
If you wish for us to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers, please contact support.
