By accessing or using the Omnipresence Protocol services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Omnipresence provides AI-driven content generation and automated publishing services for social media platforms (including but not limited to LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram).
3. User Obligations & Account Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API tokens used to access the Service.
- You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, hateful, or harmful content.
- You warrant that you own or have the rights to the social media accounts you connect to our Service.

Our Service interacts with third-party APIs. By using our Service, you also agree to be bound by the respective terms of the platforms you connect:
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of fees, you own the rights to the content generated specifically for your account. The underlying technology, algorithms, prompts, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Omnipresence.
6. Limitation of Liability (Crucial)
In no event shall Omnipresence, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
SPECIFICALLY: You acknowledge that using automation tools carries inherent risks regarding platform terms of service. Omnipresence shall not be held liable for any suspension, ban, or restriction of your social media accounts imposed by third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, Telegram, etc.).
Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection
We collect the following data to operate the Service:
- Personal Identification: Name, email address, phone number.
- Authentication Data: OAuth tokens for social media platforms (we do NOT store your raw passwords for these platforms).
- Brand Data: Information provided in the "Brand DNA" quiz.
2. Use of Data
We use your data to:
- Generate personalized content via AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
- Schedule and publish posts on your behalf.
- Process payments and invoicing.
- Maintain and improve our infrastructure.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We share data only with necessary infrastructure providers:
- AI Providers: OpenAI API, Anthropic API (for content generation), Google API.
- Hosting: Vercel / AWS (for infrastructure).
- Database: Google Firebase.
- Automation: N8n, Postiz.

Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Platform rules, we provide a mechanism for users to request the deletion of their data.
How to remove Omnipresence (Facebook/Instagram):
- Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
- Search and Click "Omnipresence Protocol" in the search bar.
- Scroll and click Remove.
Request Permanent Data Erasure
If you wish for us to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our own servers, please send a request via the section below.
